COMPANY POLICIES

LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that situations arise that may result in you requesting to cancel your appointment. It is however, requested that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide Brow & Line more than 48 hours notice. This will allow us time to attempt to fill your slot with another interested client.  With cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, we are unable to offer the appointment to other interested clients. Appointments which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notification will be subject to a 50% appointment fee charge.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, our above cancellation policy applies. Our services require great time and detail, so though we never want to turn anyone away, it may not be possible for us to accommodate you after that.

NO-SHOW POLICY​

Clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not call to give prior notice of their cancellation will be systematically marked as a NO SHOW. No-Show Appointments will be subject to the full appointment fee.
